Habits are actions and goals are the results. You can strengthen your thought patterns so that you can act, so that you can create habits that will lead to your goals.


What habits do you have now and where will they lead you in 5 years? If it's a life that doesn't light you up, it's time to build new habits.


Goals don't have to be big intimidating ideas. A goal can be how you want to feel in the future. A new habit would be something that brings you that feeling a little each day.

It takes tiny changes to lead to the big change you want!
