How and why we should do scary things

How do you think about doing things that scare you?


We often stop ourself by thinking: ”it’s too much” ”I’ll fail” ”it won’t be worth while”


This kind of thinking prevents us from the opportunity to surprise ourself. If we don’t do the scary thing then we’ll never have the evidence that we can succeed.


Maybe we can practice thinking: “I can start” “I can go at my own pace” “I can change my mind”


This mindset puts the control back in your hands (and mind). Satisfaction is a key element to living a happy life and satisfaction is only felt when we’ve accomplished a difficult task.
