For many it can take work to build a life where your cup gets filled, you prevent burnout and you are your best self. A great place to start is to remember the last time you were really happy. What were you doing? Who were you with? What was important about that moment? Even if it's way in the past, you can bring elements of that time into your daily life. What's one small part of that memory that you can recreate today?
